Registration
Pre-registration is strongly recommended to speed up your pick-up of registration materials at the conference desk and to save money.
The registration fees include admission to all technical sessions of the conference. It includes lunches and coffee breaks. One copy of the technical digest is also included.

(*) Applications for the student rates must include a photocopy of an official student identity card, which must also be presented on-site when collecting registration materials.
All registration fees are net prices exempt from Value Added Tax.
Conference dinner
Additionally a conference dinner can be ordered on line at a special extra cost of 50 € per guest.
The dinner will take place on Friday evening, September 4th, 2009, and will consist in a three-course menu (including drinks). It will take place in a fascinating location: a XIII-century kiosk. The receipt for the conference dinner can be included in the conference fee.
Technical Digest
The registration fee includes one technical digest both in printed and in CD format, provided pre-registration is made by the participant.

Please note that payments with credit cards are not available, even at the conference desk.
Cancellation
An administration charge of 50 € will be made for processing refunds.
A request for cancellation must be made in writing (email to islnom-5@df.unipi.it). In the case of cancellation, requests received on or before 2 August 2009 will be refunded (less the administration charge). No refunds will be available if notice of cancellation is received after 2 August 2009.
