Poster and Speakers' Information
Oral sessions
The presentation times for oral sessions are as follows:
The Plenary talks will consist in 40 minutes presentation including discussion.
The Invited talks will consist in 25 minutes presentation including discussion
The Contributed talks will consist in 15 minutes presentation including discussion.
The presentation file(s) can uploaded by contacting the upload desk before the begin of the session.
Speakers are also asked to check-in with the session presider in the conference room ten minutes before the session begins.
A PC with Windows XP, Power Point (for ppt format files) and Adobe Reader (for pdf format file) will be available in the Conference room.
Poster Sessions
Bulletin boards allow to display 70 cm wide x 100 cm high posters.
Authors are requested to display their poster on their allocated board in the morning of the day of their presentation. Tape will be provided.
Authors must remain in the vicinity of their poster for the duration of the session to answer questions.
